I have been involved in Rallying since I was 10 years old. I have spectated, officiated at road closures, start and finish controls, and been an active member the service and support crew for a competitor at state, national and WRC level.

I have been competing as a co-driver since 2002, winning two state championships in my first year. Moving to the United States, I competed with a variety of drivers, in front wheel, rear wheel and four wheel drive cars, in the US and Canadian Championship events.

Returning to Australia in 2005, I commenced competing in the state and national rally championships. In 2006, I won the RS Cup at the national level, and in 2007, followed it up with two national titles – RS Cup and P5. This success was built upon teamwork, reliability and consistency, manifested in finishing every stage of every ARC event.

In 2009 and 2010, I joined Rifat Sungkar to compete in the Asia Pacific Rally Championship, finishing 2nd in the Asia Cup in 2009. In 2010, we challenged for the APRC Title, including an outright APRC win in New Caledonia, until thwarted by mechanical failure on the last event.

In 2006 and 2009, I also competed in Rally Australia, finishing 16th outright in 2009.

Capabilities

• Pacenotes – manage recce schedule, compile legible, accurate notes, deliver concisely and to the drivers need during events. Comfortable with full range of pacenoting systems
• Blind Events – compete on tulip instructions, comfortable with Monit, Tripmaster, Coralba and other co-driver computer systems.
• Jemba notes – 10 events experience using this system, utilised in US/Canadian events.
• Administration – Develop and manage event plan and schedule, fuel calculations, recce schedule and competitor monitor.
• Manage at event needs to minimise driver distractions, including fuelling, service time, and crew needs.
• Write and distribute media releases.

Ambitions

Having established a successful partnership with Rifat Sungkar in 2009 & 2010, my focus in 2011 is to deliver the potential of the partnership through a focussed and competitive challenge to win the 2011 Asia Pacific Rally Championship.
